A Water Turn On/Off Authorization Form is required to have your community water service turned on or off.

to pay the fee of $50.00 associated with the service request as per the Water Utility Rates Bylaw No. 2507 and Community Water System Regulatory and Management Bylaw No. 2683.

to have the water service turned back on or off, I must give notice in writing, five business days prior to the requested service date.

a 50% surcharge will apply for short notice requests (less than 5 days from submitted request date)
