TNRD Seeking Feedback on Proposed Rural Residential Zoning Changes

To align with updated legislation from the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC), the Thompson-Nicola Regional (TNRD) is proposing changes to Zoning Bylaw 2400. These changes would allow more flexibility and opportunity for a second detached residence for both ALR and non-ALR rural Class 9 Farm properties.
