Kamloops, BC, February 13, 2023 – The Thompson-Nicola Regional District mourns the loss of Patricia Wallace, an 11-term City of Kamloops Councillor, a friend, colleague, Board Director and past Chair of the regional district from 1983 to 1986. She became the first woman to serve as Chair for the TNRD and left a legacy of strong leadership and standing up for what she believed in. Pat was well known throughout the City and the region and was a role model and mentor to so many colleagues. The TNRD family shares our condolences and thoughts with the Wallace family.
