The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) has been informed by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure that the Spius Creek Bridge is open this afternoon, and will stay open until 9 pm this evening.
After today, the Province says the bridge is expected to reopen at some point during the afternoon of Friday, December 3. The TNRD will share more information once it is available.
Security remains on site at Spius Creek bridge, watching for debris and river levels and to ensure traffic crosses the bridge safely.
