Pursuant to Sections 272 and 286 of the Local Government Act, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District is providing notice that the Regional District intends to enter into a one-year lease agreement of the Community Room in the Kamloops North Shore Library, the lands legally described as Air Space Lot 1 DL 255 & 256, Kamloops Division Yale District, Air Space Plan KAP90422, and located on 693 Tranquille Rd, Kamloops, B.C.
The proposed lessee is Kamloops Partnered Learning (KPAL), who will provide rent for $1,000 per month for the term of one year for the purpose of providing literacy support to adults in Kamloops and the surrounding areas.
