Due to a current power outage, well pumps are unable to operate for the Blue River Community Water System. We are currently using reservoir water only for this community water system, and ask that water use is limited to essential domestic use only until power is restored, in an effort to save water.
Please conserve water during this prolonged power outage, and please continue water savings even after the power comes back on. It will take about one day for the reservoir to refill.
BC Hydro had advised that power is expected to be restored on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
