Update: July 15, 2022: Telus has advised that repairs have been completed and service has been restored for cell phone and landline users in the affected areas.
(Previous: July 14, 2022): Telus has advised that landline and cell phone service are currently unavailable in the Spences Bridge and Lytton areas, which is due to a motor vehicle incident. The outage is impacting Boston Bar, Lytton, Spences Bridge and areas in between in the Highway 1 corridor.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, dial 9-1-1 in case service is restored. If there is no service, head to the nearest hospital, police department or fire department if possible.
