The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) will be hosting a FireSmart education session for Agate Bay and area residents on Friday, August 3, 2023, between 10 am and 2 pm.
Location: Agate Bay Boat Launch: 5135 Agate Bay Road
Area residents are encouraged to attend this education session, where they can interact with FireSmart Coordinator Dan Funk and gain an understanding of how to mitigate the risk of damage from wildfire to their property. Educational materials and brochures will be available as well.
