The Board of Directors of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District gives notice that it intends to issue a Temporary Use Permit Renewal for TUP 60 and a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for TUP 63 on August 18, 2022, at 1:30 pm.
TUP 60 is a Temporary Use Permit Renewal that will continue to enable accommodations for out-of-town, seasonal road-maintenance employees within two modular trailers at 5897 Murtle Lake Road in Blue River for a maximum of three years (Block B, District Lot 3285, KDYD, PID: 013-194-739).
TUP 63 will enable a recreational vehicle (RV) to be used as a residential dwelling unit on the Property zoned R-2: Residential Multi-Use Zone for up to three years at 878 Harrwood Drive, Blue River (Lot 19, District Lot 3278, KDYD Plan 11879, PID: 009-489-525).
Further take notice that copies of the proposed TUPs may be inspected from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays, at the TNRD Civic Building Office, 4th Floor, 465 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2A9 from August 3 until August 18, 2022, at 1:30 pm. All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed TUPs and wishes to comment may do so by making a written submission to the Board of Directors via the options below. All written submissions must be received prior to 12 pm on August 16, 2022. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record.
