Notice of Public Hearing: Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2834 (Pritchard)

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing in the TNRD Civic Building Boardroom on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:30 pm to consider proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2834.

What is Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2834?

It would rezone property at 2037 Martin Prairie Road in Pritchard, from RL-1: Rural to SH-1: Small Holding, to facilitate a subdivision of one proposed and one remainder land parcel.

Make a Submission

All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing. Anyone may also make written submissions on the matter of Bylaw 2826 which must be received at the TNRD Civic Building main office prior to 12:00 pm on January 16, 2024. Anyone who wishes to present at the Hearing virtually (via Zoom) must contact Legislative Services prior to 12:00 pm on January 16, 2024. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record for this matter.

A copy of the proposed Bylaw and all supporting information can be inspected between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) at the TNRD Civic Building main office from December 22, 2023 until 1:30 pm on the day of the Public Hearing.
