UPDATE (2:30PM): The Lower Nicola Eco-Depot is accessible at this time via alternating one way traffic while BC Hydro conducts emergency repair work. The site was previously inaccessible from the East while crews assessed the situation. The site remains without power and customers can expect longer wait times while loads are assessed manually, thank you for your patience.
