The Owner has a +/- 0.25 hectare plot of land (the “Lands”) located within the Heffley Creek Landfill approved footprint available to lease and operate a business venture of the Proponent’s choice as approved by the Owner. The Lands have historically been used for bioremediation of hydrocarbon contaminated soils and contain the bioremediation pad and infrastructure.
