Important information on how to vote in the federal election if you’ve been evacuated from your home because of wildfires.

Vote by Mail

Learn how to vote by mail on the Elections Canada website. Voters who have been evacuated or displaced due to wildfires can still register to have ballots delivered to them:

  • Step 1: Apply to vote by mail as soon as possible.
  • Step 2: Receive voting kit in mail.
  • Step 3: Mail your completed ballot back to Elections Canada. Deadlines apply!

Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday:  12:00pm – 4:00pm

After September 14, 2021, if you wish to vote, you will need to vote in your own riding at your assigned polling station on Election Day, Monday, September 20, 2021.
