The Trails and Active Transportation Plan will guide the development and management of trails in Blue River over the next 10 years and will support the improvement and expansion of the trails network for the benefit of all trail users. The plan will also explore the potential to bring economic benefits through more year-round tourism based on an improved trails network. The final Master Plan will be presented to the TNRD Board in August 2021.
