Notice of Temporary Use Permit Renewal

The Board of Directors of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District hereby gives notice that it intends to issue a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) Renewal for TUP 55 on July 15th, 2021 at 1:30 pm.

TUP 55 will enable continued operation of a mobile food cart for seasonal use (April to September) for an additional 3 years (expiring April 19th, 2024) at 5797 Clearwater Valley Road in Wells Gray (legally described as Lot A, District Lot 5038, KDYD, Plan 41553, PID: 014-643-081), as shown shaded on the map below.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that copies of the proposed TUP renewal may be inspected from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except Statutory Holidays, at the Thompson-Nicola Regional District Office, 4th Floor, 465 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2A9 from the 24th day of June, 2021, until 1:30 p.m. on July 15th, 2021. Alternately, please contact Planning Services via the options below to receive a copy of the information via email.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that anyone who believes that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed TUP and wishes to comment may do so by making a written submission to the Board of Directors via the options below. All written submissions must be received prior to 3pm, July 9th, 2021. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form a part of the public record.
