Kamloops, BC—August 5, 2021—Please be aware that Highway 97 is closed from the turnoff at exit 399 in Monte Creek to Salmon River Road, east of Falkland, due to the White Rock Lake Wildfire. We ask that public not use backroads as access, as when you reach Highway 97 you will be turned around which creates congestion and impacts public safety.
