The Thompson-Nicola Regional District Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) has declared a State of Local Emergency for one property in Electoral Area “L” (Grasslands). This declaration enables prompt coordination of action or special regulation of persons or property to protect the health, safety or welfare of people or to limit damage to property.
This declaration is not an Evacuation Order or an Evacuation Alert.
