The Evacuation Order issued on November 28, 2021, 1230 hrs has been rescinded for the following 56 addressed properties:
• 2164 to 2480 Cleasby Rd;
• 3141 and 3181 Cummings Rd;
• 3265 Cummings Rd;
• 3511 to 3593 Cummings Rd;
• 3660 and 3700 Cummings Rd;
• 3725 to3816 Davidson Rd;
• 3425 to 3455 D’Easum Rd;
• 2728 to 3285 Petit Creek Rd;
• 3581 to 3793 Petit Creek Rd;
• 3901 Petit Creek Rd;
• 3020 Prospect Creek FSR;
• 3141 and 3144 Prospect Creek FSR;
• 4024 Prospect Creek FSR; and
• any properties as identified on the order map..
Based on observations from the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations, and Rural Development (FLNRORD), the Spius Creek Bridge is no longer compromised by rising flood waters and has reopened to normal use. Accordingly, the province has recommended that this Evacuation Order can be rescinded.
An Evacuation Order may need to be reissued; however, if that is deemed necessary, the Evacuation Order process will re-commence.
The following addressed property remains on Order as previously issued, as shown in the attached map.
