Evacuation Order Downgraded to Evacuation Alert – Gladwin Mobile Home Park/Jade Springs Electoral Area “I” (Blue Sky Country)

An Evacuation Order in Electoral Area “I” (Blue Sky Country) North of Lytton in the area of Gladwin Mobile Home Park/Jade Springs  issued on July 13, 2021 at 1930 hrs will be downgraded to an Evacuation Alert for 17 properties:

• 1144 to 1820 Trans Can Hwy; and
• any other properties located within the area noted on the attached.

These properties remain on alert. An Evacuation Order may need to be reissued; however, if that is deemed necessary, the Evacuation Order process will re-commence.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
• Fill the gas tank of personal vehicles
• Bring a minimum of three days of food and essential supplies with you (e.g. medications, pet supplies).

Due to highway closures near Spences Bridge, returning residents must travel using Highway 1 from the south through Lytton or Highway 12 from Lillooet.
