Evacuation Order Downgraded to All Clear – Flooding – Electoral Area “N” (Beautiful Nicola Valley – South)

An Evacuation Order issued by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) on November 18, 2021 at 1:30 pm in Electoral Area “N” (Beautiful Nicola Valley – South) has now been downgraded to All Clear, effective as of July 21, 2022 at 3 pm.
The Evacuation Order was issued due to flooding on the Nicola River, and has now been downgraded to All Clear for the following addressed properties (as identified on the attached map):
2972 Merritt – Spences Bridge Hwy; and
2500 Cleasby Rd.
If it is deemed necessary to re-issue an Evacuation Order, the process of issuing an Evacuation Order would recommence.
