Evacuation Order Downgraded to Alert – Young Lake Wildfire – Electoral Area “E” (Bonaparte Plateau)

An Evacuation Order has been downgraded to an Evacuation Alert by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District at the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) for the following 45 addressed properties:
• 7248 to 7365 East Young Lake Rd; • 7016 to 7190 Young Lake Subdivision Rd; • 6000 French Rd; • 1500 Hutchinson Rd; and • any other properties identified on the attached map.
Because of the potential danger to life and safety, the evacuation order remains for the following 13 addressed properties:
• 7550 to 7900 Bonaparte-Young Lake FSR;
• 5885 Clinton-Upper Loon Lake FSR;
• 9221 Clinton-Upper Loon Lake FSR;
• 9593 Clinton-Upper Loon Lake FSR;
• 3050 Eagan-Bonaparte Lake FSR;
• 3515 Eagan-Bonaparte Lake FSR
• 4240 to 4248 Eagan-Bonaparte Lake FSR;
• 6000 French Rd
• 1500 Hutchison Rd; and
• any other properties identified on the attached map.
