Evacuation Alerts in Electoral Area “P” (Rivers and Peaks) for properties near Whitecroft have been rescinded to all clear as the threat of wildfire in the area no longer poses an imminent risk to the safety of residents.

Evacuation alerts were put in place on July 11, 2021 at 1500 hrs (2) and July 22, 2021 at 1900 hrs for 153 properties addressed as:

• 7305 to 7408 Cahilty Cres;
• 3208 to 3229 Cahilty Pl;
• 7116 to 7200 Cahilty Rd;
• 2720 to 4361 Heffley-Louis Creek Rd;
• 6225 Lake Bay Rd;
• 3240 to 3260 McGillivray Creek Rd;
• 3140 Strachan Rd;
• 3220 and 3272 Sun Peaks Rd;
• 6100 to 7046 Upper Louis Creek Rd; and
• any other properties within the boundary noted on the attached map.

Should conditions change, an Evacuation Alert and/or Evacuation Order could be reinstated as necessary.
