Evacuation Alert Downgraded to All Clear – Tremont Creek Wildfire – EA “J” (Copper Desert Country)

The Evacuation Alert in Electoral Area “J” (Copper Desert Country), for 10 properties, has been rescinded to all clear as the threat of wildfire in the area no longer poses an imminent risk to the safety of residents.
This Alert was put in place at 2130 hrs on August 15, 2021 for the following 10 properties addressed as:
• 1848 Edith Lake Rd;
• 1645 to 4180 Goose Lake Rd;
• 3561 and 3585 Lac Le Jeune Rd;
• 3350 Timber Lake FSR;
• 4000 and 4050 Trans-Canada Hwy; and
• any other properties located within the area noted on the attached map.
Should conditions change, an Evacuation Alert and / or Evacuation Order could be reinstated as necessary. Please contact the Emergency Operations Centre for further information or assistance.
