The Evacuation Alerts issued by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 3:30 PM and Monday, September 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM due to the Stein Mountain wildfire have been downgraded to All Clear, effective September 8, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
Approximately 3 addressed properties have been downgraded to All Clear in Electoral Area “I” (Blue Sky Country):
- 10750 Texas Creek Rd;
- 3892 and 3907 Spencer Rd. N; and
- any properties and area within the boundary noted on the attached map.
Should conditions change, an Evacuation Alert and/or Evacuation Order will be reinstated as necessary.
