Community Water System Monitoring Services – Expression of Interest

Closing Date and Time: March 27, 2024, 3:00 pm

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District is seeking contractors to provide monitoring services for the following Community Water Systems:

  1. Blue River Community Water System;
  2. Loon Lake Community Water System; and
  3. Spences Bridge Community Water System

*Three separate contracts will be awarded, one for each Community Water System.

The successful proponent(s) will be required to enter into a Services Agreement for the applicabe Community Water System for a minimum 12-month term. Preference will be given to respondents with “Small Water Systems” training and certification; however, consideration will be given to all suitable proponents.

Blue River Trail System Infrastructure Construction

Closing Date and Time: April 12, 2024, 4:00 pm

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District has issued an invitation to submit quotes for the provision of materials, labour, and equipment necessary for the construction of trailhead kiosks, accessibile outhourses, bearproof refuse bins, and boot brush stations, on an existing trail system located in Blue River, B.C.

TNRD Parks and Trails Strategy

Closing Date and Time: April 9, 2024, 4:00 pm

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified and experienced firms or individuals to prepare a Parks and Trails Strategic Plan for the Thompson-Nicola Regional District, identifying the strategic priorities that define the future direction, philosophy, policies, and actions for the provision of both regional and community parks services. The Parks and Trails Strategic Plan will document the goals and strategies that will shape and guide the delivery of an integrated parks service over the next ten (10 years).

Housing Needs Report

Closing Date and Time: April 5, 2024, 3:00 pm

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District seeks proposals from qualified firms for the provision of a Housing Need Report for its 10 Electoral Areas and nine of its Member Municipalities, including:

  • Village of Ashcroft
  • District of Barriere
  • Village of Cache Creek
  • Village of Chase
  • District of Clearwater
  • Village of Clinton
  • District of Logan Lake
  • City of Merritt
  • Mountain Resort Municipality of Sun Peaks

Monte Creek Fire Hall

Closing Date and Time: April 11, 2024, 2:00 pm

The Thompson-Nicola Regional District is requesting submissions for professional Design-Build services for the detailed design and construction of a new Monte Creek Firehall (the “Facility), to be located at 1257 Hook Road, Monte Creek, B.C.
